Secure Business is designed around workstations and user environments. Servers and specialized systems are scoped separately.

• Servers and infrastructure projects are scoped and priced separately

• After-hours and emergency support are not included by default

• Requests outside the agreed scope are handled through approved changes or additional services

Situational and limited coverage

In some cases, organizations need visibility, access, and support without full managed IT. This option is intentionally limited in scope and designed for organizations that prefer control and minimal disruption.
